HyperbaRxs at Saint Joseph’s offers Atlanta and the surrounding region access to state-of-the-art hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We utilize (3) three single-person monoplace chambers which allow for flexible patient scheduling and treating multiple patients simultaneously. Our hyperbaric chambers are designed for maximum patient comfort and convenience with individual televisions for the patient to watch during treatment.
We specialize in non-healing, problem wounds; combining advanced technology with a highly skilled staff certified and trained in hyperbaric medicine and wound care. HyperbaRxs at Saint Joseph’s is recognized as an “accredited with distinction” facility by the Accreditation Council of the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS).
Patients able to walk may park and walk across the street into the hospital (Winship Specialty Clinic entrance). Walk down the long hallway past the hospital cafeteria. Once you pass the hospital cafeteria which is on your left, take the first hallway to the right. Our office is located on the right side, just past the men’s restroom.
If you are at the main entrance to the hospital, take the elevator to the ground floor (look at the hospital directory for wound care/hyperbaric, and follow the arrow). Pass the cafeteria on your left and take the first hallway to the right, and our office located on the right, just past the men’s restroom.
If you require wheelchair assistance, you can have your driver drop you off at the main covered entrance to the hospital and we will meet you and escort you to the hyperbaric and wound care center.
In the consideration of all patients, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If for some reason you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time you may have to be rescheduled for another time or date.
